Your initial ticket will be processed, at maximum, in five working days. 

Once your initial ticket has been processed by our staff will allocate a particular solution to your issue. If there are third parties involved then they will need to complete the work they are contracted to do which can be up to a week and a half. If items need to be ordered in then a time frame will be given.

Each unique case has a unique time frame. We will do our best to give you the quickest service we can and do so in the shortest time frame possible.
